Max Berman spent the last six and a half years as a quant at Citadel Securities in their systematic options group, where he developed a deep understanding of retail trading behavior. He is passionate about increasing access to the financial markets, and empowering retail investors to put on positions that they believe in.

Alec Dockser spent the first five years of his career at Starwood Capital Group working on development of the SH Hotels & Resorts platform and the Capital Markets team. Most recently, Alec ran corporate development and capital formation for a venture capital-backed AgBiotech Vertical Farming company. He is an avid retail trader and sports fanatic.
